Bathroom Renovation

While the job was not without its hiccups Michael from Caro/Lantic was nothing but professional. The issues arose through the subcontracted cabinet maker (Granite Connection). Caro/Lantics work was outstanding - as noted above he was professional and walked us through the project like it was his own. I would (and plan) on using this company for my next home project. Michael Napolitano is great to work with; he is honest, reliable and very skilled at what he does. He gives valuable input to the design, process and finished product. We had a vision and he brought that to life! He is very easy going and will answer all your questions and concerns. For us, this turned out so beautifully, we have asked him to work on our next project.

Michael was great to work with! He’s professional, knowledgeable and he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend reaching out to him. You won’t be disappointed!

We have not done a renovation in a long time. We explored many options. Michael was the most informed, helpful, professional we found. As the work commenced on a shower replacement he kept us informed. The tile artist and painters are amazing. His punctuality and workmanship is beyond what you typically find!! We are beyond pleased and highly recommend.

Michael did a great job. He showed up on time and cleaned up behind themselves. remodeled two bathrooms. We are quite pleased with the outcome. Thank you Michael.

Michael did extensive work for us in virtually every room of our home, and it was done in a consistent, creative and timely fashion. The remodel included replacing all doors with solid wood pine doors, with 3 coats of paint and correcting some crooked frames done by the original builder. Installation of a new cabinet and wainscoting on the peninsula in the transformed kitchen. While having removed all of the popcorn ceilings, he refinished the ceilings and changed the can lights to LED's with dimmers. The highlights of the ceiling work was the installation of multiple 10" diameter beams on the 22 foot high dinning room ceiling and adding pine planks to my office's entire 15 foot vaulted ceiling. As with any good remodel/refresh a craftsman must be creative and adapt to each unique structure and Michael certainly met and exceeded our expectations. The ultimate question that always must be answered on a review is: "Would you hire them again?" Absolutely yes, and we will! Dennis

I’ve used Michael on several projects in MB and NMB and he’s always been a pleas to work with. He can truly do it all and delivers a quality product. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again.

We have had Michael (owner of Caro-Lantic) do 4 major projects at our house. Shiplap on the first floor ceilings, guest bath remodel, back deck and front porch redone in trex. He is professional, courteous and a hard worker. Wouldn’t have anyone else work on our home.

We just had Michael Napolitano Tile our Sunroom, cannot say enough about the Quality of His Work, A+++ From beginning to the end. We would not hesitate to Recommend Him, 4 Stars. Mischelle and Gerry Prince Creek

Replaced some outdoor stairs with ones that were easier for my elderly mother. Stairs are perfect - exactly what we wanted! Showed up on time, and completed work in just a couple of days. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Michael is easy to work with, reasonably priced, and gets the job as agreed without delay.

They were prompt and have the expertise. Made a good recommendation to use commercial grout for my application
